About the event

Join the PAIRIDAEZA team for a closing talk about the process and ideas behind their immersive “walled paradise” installation. This will be followed by a hands-on workshop and conversation about materiality and “reworlding” will follow, led by Helga Jakobson. As both an artist and Sustainability Coordinator at The Forks, Jakobson helped PAIRIDAEZA collect over a thousand cans from The Forks.

**Note that parking will be limited due to the crowds attending the Teddy Bear’s Picnic throughout Assiniboine Park. Car-pooling, public transit, or active transportation are encouraged! Bike racks are available at either entrance to The Leaf, with more located at the east entrance.
