The Downtown Winnipeg BIZ and partners invite conceptual design proposals from artists / designers who are interested in shifting perceptions and celebrating the unique spaces of downtown Winnipeg backlanes. Those interested will need to submit an application package to the Downtown BIZ by March 31, 2016
