TABLE FOR 1200 LOCATION:
WEHWEHNEH BAHGAHKINAHGOHN PARKADE
Views of the iconic former Hudson's Bay Company Building, Winnipeg Art Gallery, Legislative Building and the Law Courts. See you in our city's centre on the top level of the parkade beside Wehwehneh Bahgahkinahgohn (the former Hudson Bay building) downtown. Access will be via Memorial Boulevard by foot via the UP RAMP to the top level. ​
Helpful Information:
1. Parking / Accessibility: Parking in the lower levels of the parkade is first come, first served - note: the Taste of Asia is happening in Memorial Park so parking may be extremely limited. Plan to come early if you are driving and need to find parking and be prepared to walk a distance. If you have special accessibility needs, please let us know ASAP so we can accommodate throughout the event.
2. Dress code: Get ready for another Winnipeg White Out! As a nod to the current playoff run, we will. be returning to our roots with an ALL WHITE dress code. If you've already purchased your outfit, we get it, just add some white - a hat? a boa? a suit jacket?
3. We are a go whether it is RAIN or SHINE, so please remember to be prepared for the weather - rain poncho, sweater and all.
4. This event is cashless - bars, merchandise, and 50/50 raffle will accept card only.
5. There is a free Bike Valet for you to use. Just show this email to be allowed access.
6. If you are receiving this email, your name is on the list and you do not need to bring physical tickets.
7. If you are a Table Captain we will see you starting between 2-4pm for table setup.
Event Day Schedule:
12:00 pm: Table Location is Announced!
2:00pm- 4:30 pm: Table Captains Only allowed to arrive for set up
4:30pm: See you onsite - Bars open and guests are welcome onsite
6-9:30pm: Dinner is served
9:30 - 10:00: Table Captains clean their table
9:30 -11:00 pm: Afterparty onsite (no additional charge)
BARS - this event is 18+:
Wine (Red, Rose, White, Sparkling) $45
Beer & Cider & Can Cocktails $10
Non-alcoholic Beer $8
Sparkling Water $5
REMINDER: no outside alcohol or food is permitted onsite.

After Party
This year the After Party will be held onsite ... Tempo Collective will continue to provide vibes and the bar will stay open until the site closes at 11:00pm.
